How do you use One Square Meal?
I find OSM bars the perfect nutritious snack food between breakfast/lunch and dinner. With a high metabolism, I often find my fuel tank running close to low, and OSM bars fill the gap - topping up the fuel tank with all the necessary essentials to see me through a days activities. I often throw one down before heading out for a run, bike or paddle and always throw one or two in my pocket when embarking on a lengthy mission in the hills or down the river.
And how does it perform?
An OSM bar and a little H2O provides me with sustained energy enabling me to keep on going throughout the day.
Who do you think would benefit from using One Square Meal?
Anyone who is health conscious and active should really look into One Square Meal. The value of what you put into your body and what you get out is immense. The two are pretty much inextricably linked and if you're performance driven (be it at work or in sport) you cannot afford to not look after yourself. One should top up with a complement of quality foods at mealtimes, or otherwise look to an OSM bar to fill the gap in the interim.
