How big a fan are you of One Square Meal, Neal?
After two years of eating OSM's I am still a fan. I have been using your delicious tasting OSM product for around 6-8 meals per week for the last two years. The OSM fits my life style. Sadly for Bluebird and Cadbury I no longer snack during the day as a result of my OSM centric diet. |
Why does One Square Meal work so well for you?
Whilst I ride my bike the 12 or so kilometres to work most days, I'm no high performance athlete. OSM enables me to maintain a healthy diet even when time is short and I'm on the run. I was keeping OSM's in my drawer at work for an inexpensive, easy access lunch for those days when leaving my desk is a challenge. I have become so in love with OSM's that I simply have them for lunch every day. OSM's are always in my camelback for snacking while I'm out mountain biking in the weekends. |
Anything else?
I thought I would share with you some photo's I took while on holiday in Antarctica. One is of the inside of Ernest Shackleton's hut at Cape Roydes (1908), while the other is Robert Falcon Scott's Hut at Cape Evans (1901). If you look closely you will see some of the interesting food these Antarctic explorers survived on! |
