I was really impressed with the marketing and packaging of the bars. The bars are tasty, and when I received them I was actually in a meeting late morning where I didn't have any breakfast so the bars came in real handy! Although I did have two in a row there!

What's the best thing about One Square Meal?

From a mother's, professional coach's and a former NZ netballer's point of view, I liked the simplicity of having a bar that catered for one square meal. I am often on the run in the car and always seem to miss out on meals, so this bar seems like the ideal thing for me. And it also covers all the nutrients we should be having in our diet!
