Tell us how you got into One Square Meal?

I first discovered One Square Meal when sneaking a few of my partner Neil's that he was using for training. I became addicted and it wasn't long before the dent in the OSM supply became obvious - I knew I had to get my own stash!
How have you been using One Square Meal?

I use One Square Meal when I'm out on long rides, usually consuming 1/3 of the bar at a time. They're easy to break off and don't crumble or break away when you're riding on bumpy terrain and trying to hold it in your hand between mouthfuls. Because they've worked well in training, I'm now using them as a pre race snack 45 minutes before the start gun in mountain bike races 2 - 2 1/2 hours long. I've found they don't cause any ill feeling in my stomach and keep my going longer than your average muesli bar.
Anything else?

From an athlete's point of view I'm interested in only putting in food that will help me achieve my sporting goals. One Square Meal has the right balance of carbs, protein and fat as well as quality ingredients. Big picture - this bar will benefit anyone who wants piece of mind that the food they consume is adding to their good health.
