What do you think about One Square Meal?

Great product! It even tastes healthy - not too sweet, not too dry.

How have you been using One Square Meal?

I've been using them for when I need a quick bite to eat before a training session or between double sessions. It's always been hard to choose a healthy food that gives you energy but doesn't leave you too full for exercise. I find One Square Meal is really light on the stomach and also gives great sustained energy - for example this morning I did a 2 1/2 hour mountain bike ride then came home, had an OSM and went out for an hour run.. felt great.. no stomach cramps or heavy legged feelings that you get with some foods.

I think it is a great product that gives you peace of mind that you are snacking on something healthy. I'm quite careful about making sure I have a good well balanced diet but sometimes when you are balancing work and training, there just isn't enough time to make a healthy snack.. and I guess that's when you start eating sweet stuff that isn't good for you.
