Julie, you seem to fit a lot into your life as a GP, wife, mother of three, keen runner and tennis player, and we know you're involved at school and kindergarten helping with school sport, camps, committee meetings, school walking bus driver etc... How do you do it?
It can be a bit of a juggle! Health is really important to me as I see what happens to people everyday who don't look after themselves! Getting regular exercise and eating a nutritionally balanced diet are essential for physical and mental health. Sometimes my commitments mean a lunch break is just not possible but with One Square Meal I don't have to compromise - I can get a healthy balanced meal on the run. |
How do your children like One Square Meal?
Thankfully they love the OSM bars (even my son who is really fussy about muesli bars and dried fruit!) They lead a full life as well with ballet, soccer, cricket, music, tennis and other after school activities. I used to find it hard to give them a healthy afternoon tea in time to get to activities that would sustain them through to dinner time without them fading halfway through soccer practice etc. Sometimes the children go from dancing to gym or music to cricket and that's when I really need to have packed the OSMs. Its so easy now! |
