How do you use One Square Meal and what do you think of it?
Since finding out about One Square Meal and the science behind it I have been able to use them to great advantage to improve my training performance and general diet. Nutrition is one of the most important things for everyone not just athletes and OSM is something that is great for training, when your caught short or just need a snack.
When training with One Square Meal it provides me a constant supply of energy which is what I need when training. I leave the house for a 4 hour ride and a couple of OSM bars are just the ticket for a successful day in the saddle. It means I don’t have to carry around a pocket full of bars that only provided me a short lived kick and then a big low! The taste is also great and One Square Meal just grows on you the more you have them.
