Totally, One Square Meal tastes great, it's sustaining and nothing else delivers nutritional balance as conveniently. I can chow it down whenever I need fuel and know that what I'm eating is premium quality nutrition. Can't beat that... ultimate is the right word.

Why do you connect with One Square Meal?
Being so busy it's difficult to find time to get the right food when I need it. When I was racing this was a constant problem! Even now when I'm working I often need a decent feed to get me fired up for the afternoon.

When One Square Meal first came out I was instantly intrigued with it. There was something about the brand that I connected with straight away. I used One Square Meal as my fuel of choice during the last couple of years as a professional sportsman, and continue to love OSM even though I'm not pushing quite so hard now!
