About Andy:

Andy has a PHD is Atmospheric Physics and divides his time between a passion for tramping and photography and working as an advisor to the United Nations Climate Change Science Organisation. His previous role was as advisor to the NZ Ministry of Environment. Andy is one of New Zealand's outstanding landscape and wilderness photographers and his work regularly features in magazines and calendars.

He is also a keen traveller, exploring mountains, wildlife and foreign cultures around the globe. Andy's own book, 'Legends of Aotearoa' was a finalist in the 2002 Montana Book Awards.
