Freezing is a good thing to do if buying One Square Meal's in bulk to use over a period of time. The bars will stay much fresher and nicer if stored frozen than if stored at room temperature.

One Square Meal can be frozen for up to six months. The normal deterioration of flavour and texture that occurs over the product's shelf life at ambient temperatures is more or less halted by freezing. The fresher the product is at the time of freezing, the better the texture and flavour will be on thawing. The texture and flavour of a thawed One Square Meal deteriorates at a faster rate than product that has not been subjected to freezing. However upon thawing a One Square Meal that was frozen in a fresh state, it can be expected to be of reasonable quality for approximately one month.

We do not recommend refreezing previously frozen One Square Meals.
