No, we do not add preservatives to One Square Meal. Like almost all dried apricots, the ones we use in One Square Meal contain an antioxidant called sulphur dioxide (220) when we receive them, to maintain their natural colour and flavour. Some individuals are sensitive to sulphur dioxide in food so we have indicated it’s presence by showing it in our ingredient list.
