One Square Meal | The Concept

Each day your body requires protein, carbs, fat, fibre plus numerous vitamins and minerals. It needs energy; about 2000 calories… more if you're going hard, less if you're kicking back.

Our vision was to design the ultimate food - delicious; providing a third of key nutrients and energy (694kcal) that nutrition experts tell us we need daily; and with each bite nutritionally balanced.

There are plenty of products out there which are high this, or low that, but in terms of balance we found nothing which provides 33% of the RDI of the main nutrients in the one product.

We believe we've created the most nutritionally balanced single food in the World. One Square Meal is so innovative and unique that there are patents pending internationally for it.

There is great power in simplicity. Our goal was to provide a solution for the simple dilemma of what to eat, in terms of a convenient food, to achieve nutritional balance. We wanted to remove the guesswork for people - every bite of One Square Meal being nutritionally balanced.

When we were designing One Square Meal we realised it would be impossible to design a 'one size fits all' product containing exactly the dietary needs of every person - because people's dietary needs vary so much. So we did the next best thing - designed a product which would be perfect for the average person (according to FSANZ), and allow individuals the opportunity to consider how their personal circumstances relate to that average.
